Summary
Problem
Fulfillment and drop ship performance were hard to track consistently month-to-month, making it difficult to spot trend changes early.
Solution
Built a focused dashboard showing average Days to Fill, drop ship %, and trend charts by month with quick slicing for review.
Result
Faster monthly visibility, clearer KPI accountability, and an easy way to validate whether performance is improving or slipping.

1) Define the KPIs
- Days to Fill: order date → posted shipment date (fulfillment speed).
- Drop Ship %: share of orders fulfilled as drop ship vs stock.
2) Data shaping
- Standardized dates and ensured month grouping was consistent across visuals.
- Created measures for KPI cards and trend charts to match the same business definition everywhere.
3) Validation
- Spot-checked a sample of orders to confirm Days to Fill is calculated correctly.
- Verified drop ship classification aligns with operational filters and shipment indicators.
4) Outcome
The dashboard supports quick monthly review, trend detection, and KPI reporting without manual exports or digging through multiple screens.
